2020 Proposed Budget and Annual Assessment Notice Mailing

Earlier this week homeowners in the community were mailed a copy of the 2020 Proposed Budget and Annual Assessment Notice. Due to a program error, when the homeowner information was exported to the commercial printer for the mailing, a portion of the information became askew. As a result, some homeowners may receive the mailing at their address with an incorrect recipient name, but the correct address.

Since the mailing is identical to all homeowners and does not contain any personal information, you are welcome to open the correspondence and review its contents.
