The Charter Review Task Force resolution was adopted by the Board of Directors on April 24, 2019. The CROA Board of Directors created the Task Force “to review the Celebration Charter and other governing documents to suggest changes.” The Board appointed seven members of the Association to the Task Force. All Task Force meetings are “open to CROA members and allow open dialogue with CROA members in attendance.”
