• CROA Legal representative will attend and answer questions.
• The following issues are scheduled for review:
• Definition of spouses of Owners (Bylaws 3.1)
• Vacancies of Board Directors (Bylaws 3.5)
• Association borrowing powers and approval (Bylaws 3.21)
• Conflicts between documents (Bylaws 6.3)
• Continue overall review of Charter and Bylaws chapters.
