Preparing for the Storm – Information, Cancelations & Resources

Town Hall & Parks and Recreation Amenities Closing at 2pm today. 

The Town Hall Building, all pools, parks, and playgrounds will be closing at 2pm today and will remain closed on Wednesday and Thursday.

Town Hall will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday. All on-site activities are canceled through Friday including all committee and board meetings. 

All pools, parks, and playgrounds will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday. 

Celebration Sanitation Information – PICKUP CANCELED on Wednesday & Thursday

Wednesday’s recycling route is canceled. There will be no recycling collection this week. Please do not put anything out for recycling this week. 

Thursday’s route is canceled. Thursday route will be picked up on Friday (weather permitting). Friday’s route will be picked up on Saturday. We will continue to keep you informed accordingly. 

Porch & Yard Sale CANCELED

The Porch & Yard Sale that was scheduled for October 1st has been canceled. At this time, we are still looking into confirming a new date. Participants may reach out to townhall@ciramail.com for more information and we will get back to you as soon as we can. 

Celeservice Reporting

After the storm passes, residents are encouraged to take any photos of storm damage and report that information in Celeservice. Click HERE for more information about Celeservice. We have contractors on standby and the more information of where cleanups need to take place the more efficient they can be. Thank you in advance.  

A REMINDER – OUTDOOR FURNITURE & OTHER ITEMS

We recommend that all residents do the same. Anything that you have outside of your home that could potentially become airborne during a storm, please store inside of your home. This includes furniture, plants, trash cans, decorations, etc.

Sandbag Operations:

Sandbags will continue to be available tomorrow, September 27, at Osceola Heritage Park, in partnership between Osceola County and the cities of Kissimmee and St. Cloud. 

Supplies will be provided including bags and sand.  Residents are allowed 25 sandbags per household and will need to bring their own shovel or filling tool.  Supplies are limited, and sandbags will be available for filling on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additionally, the City of St. Cloud will open a local sandbag distribution site on Tuesday for the convenience of local residents. Sandbags will be available Tuesday, September 27, from 12 to 7 p.m. at the Civic Center, 3001 17th St. (Limit of 15 sandbags, and you must fill them yourself.)
