It has come to our attention that there was an issue at the Simply Voting level that caused some online voting credentials that were sent out to not function properly. This glitch is mainly impacting residents who own multiple properties. We are working with Simply Voting to correct the issue, so you may receive updated credentials emailed to you if we identify that your account is one of the ones impacted.
Please note that this has impacted a relatively small number of individuals and we have already corrected a majority of the accounts impacted.
