The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) reviews applications from Celebration property owners requesting to add, change, or remove elements of their property. Architectural Review is the process used to ensure that we follow the original design concepts on which Celebration was established. The design guidelines for Celebration were prepared as a Pattern Book, a revival of a great American tradition.

Unless noted otherwise, all meetings are held at Town Hall, 851 Celebration Avenue starting at 6 p.m.
