Capital improvements are the repairs, upgrades, and new construction undertaken by the homeowners association. In Celebration, when a home is sold, as part of the closing, the equivalent of two years of CROA dues are collected and deposited into the Capital Improvement Fund.
Celebration Hall is a working concept of a new project in the community. Dubbed Celebration 2.0, this project will provide a revamp for the community, as it looks at multiple potential improvements, including establishing the former Celebration Theatre as a community center, new home to Town Hall and a performing arts center.

Pickleball is a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. It is played on a badminton-sized court, with a paddle and a plastic ball with holes. Pickleball can be played as doubles or singles and is enjoyed by all ages and skill levels. The CROA Board has identified a location in the Civic Corridor to add this popular amenity.

Croquet is a sport that involves hitting wooden or plastic balls with a mallet through hoops or wickets on a grass playing surface. The CROA Board has identified the Spring Park field area for the development of Lawn Croquet & Community Park.
