Charter Review Task Force

Monday, October 14, 6 p.m.:  Charter Review Task Force meeting.

• The following issues are scheduled for review as time will permit:
• Committee members conflict of interest issues (Bylaws 3.24)
• Lien for assessments (Charter 12.7)
• Dispute resolution (Charter 19)
• Affirmative minimum threshold voting (Bylaws 2.13)
• Suspension of right to vote due to monetary obligation delinquency (Charter 8.2(a)(ii) & Bylaws 3.23)
• Begin overall review of Charter Chapters 1-8.
