Charter Review Task Force

Tuesday, October 22, 6 p.m.:  Charter Review Task Force meeting.

• CROA Legal representative will attend and answer questions.

  The following issues are scheduled for review as time will permit:

  Service Area Committees (Bylaws 5.3)

  Builder voting rights (Bylaws 3.3 (b))

  The Celebration Company (TCC) right to amend (Bylaws 6.6 (a))

  Establishment of Finance Committee (new Bylaws 5.4)

  Board considerations for total capital projects’ costs (new Bylaws 3.17 (t))

  Additional issues as required.

  Begin overall review of Charter and Bylaws chapters.
