Amenity cleanup efforts are currently focused on the community playgrounds. There is a lot of debris, but the staff is working hard to ensure the playgrounds that can be opened as soon as possible.

The staff will begin placing the pool furniture back over the weekend, however, the pools will remain closed as the chemicals will need to be balanced.

We understand that residents want to be outside and utilize the amenities, but we need to be sure that each amenity is clear of debris and that the pools are chemically balanced before we can safely open.

Lakeside Park amenities are closed due to excessive amounts of water. For your safety, we ask that residents please keep away from the area.

The dog park will remain closed at this time with a tentative reopening of Monday.

Please DO NOT play, walk, bike, etc. through ANY areas that are flooded. Keep any pets on a leash and do not allow them to play in any flooded waters.

As always, we will keep you updated as we have more information. If you see the staff out and about doing cleanup, thank them for their efforts. They are doing an incredible job!
