Service Area Committees (Bylaws 5.3)

Builder voting rights (Bylaws 3.3 (b))

The Celebration Company (TCC) right to amend (Bylaws 6.6 (a))

Establishment of Finance Committee (new Bylaws 5.4)

Board considerations for total capital projects’ costs (new Bylaws 3.17 (t))

Additional issues as required.

Begin overall review of Charter and Bylaws chapters.
