Dear Celebration Residents,

We would like to notify you about the most recent development regarding the Spring Park pool project. Award Engineering was on site last week, and conducted on-site measurements of the pool deck and the surrounding structures to finalize their data. Starting on Monday, November 13th, the pool will be temporarily closed for 3-4 days to address the erosion concerns.

The next steps include drilling holes every few feet in the affected area to inject the polyfoam material. To complete this, there will be a large truck parked near the work area with hose lines running from it to the work area. Once injected, the polyfoam material takes a couple of hours to set. As soon as Award Engineering provides us with the “all clear” and the site has been inspected by staff, residents will be notified of the pool re-opening.
