This notice is to provide an update on amenity repairs.

The basketball court resurfacing was delayed again by the original contractor. We have bids from two additional contractors that can get the work done in a timelier matter and will putting those in front of the Board next week for approval.

Longmeadow and Spring Park playgrounds are up for replacement this year. We received an initial quote for one of these locations that was far too high and are working with that company and another one to scale down the proposal to better fit within the allotted reserve funding.

We are still working to complete the CROA property inventory. However, we have a good idea of the bulk of the work that needs to be done. We are already engaging vendors for quotes to address the larger areas of concern. Any safety hazards that we come across as a part of this inventory are being prioritized and addressed as we become aware of them.
