Suzanna McLeod named Community Manager; Jessica Bonilla Community Standards Manager

CCMC is pleased to announce Suzanna McLeod’s new role as community manager at Celebration and Jessica Bonilla’s promotion to community standards manager.

In her new role, Suzanna will work alongside executive director Neil Bresnahan to oversee the day-to-day operations of the community and maintain Celebration’s reputation as one of the nation’s top master-planned communities.

“It’s truly my honor to be representing CCMC as the community manager for Celebration,” Suzanna said. “I am so excited to take on this new role alongside Neil and our exceptional team here and make a positive impact on the community.”

A native of Texas, Suzanna studied communications at the University of Texas at Austin. She joined CCMC at Celebration in 2011 as architectural review coordinator and has since served as community standards manager, Celebration Non-Residential Owners Association manager and service area manager. Prior to joining CCMC, she served as assistant to the director of construction for The VUE, a luxury condominium high-rise downtown Orlando. She holds the Florida Community Association Manager (FL CAM) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations and is applying for her Association Management Specialist (AMS) certification.

Outside of work, Suzanna volunteers with the Coalition for the Homeless and Audubon Center for Birds of Prey. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking with her two teenage girls, concerts and bikram yoga.

“I am excited to see Suzanna step into the community manager role,” said executive director Neil Bresnahan. “Her tenure with and knowledge of the Celebration community make her an asset to the Board, homeowners and team. This new opportunity will allow her to connect with even more residents.”

Five years ago, Jessica Bonilla joined the CCMC team as a compliance administrative assistant at Celebration. Today, we announce her promotion to community standards manager. In her new role, Jessica will lead and inspire her team to work with residents to maintain our unique community aesthetics and appeal. Jessica will assume her new role on Oct. 19.

“I love serving the Celebration community,” explains Jessica. “Our residents are wonderful, and my team members have supported my growth and development in countless ways. I am humbled to take this next step in my career and become a mentor to those around me.”

Originally from West Palm Beach, Jessica has served as architectural review coordinator since 2017. Previously, she was the community standards administrative assistant. She holds an associate’s degree in Psychology and, for the past year, has been an active participant in CCMC’s Mentorship Program. “Jessica has grown into a skilled communicator and poised leader,” shares executive director Neil Bresnahan. “We are thrilled to see her take on this new challenge.”

Jessica enjoys weightlifting, baking, and playing with her two little ones in her personal time. “I put my whole heart into everything I do,” she shares. “This new position is no exception, and I cannot wait to get started!”
