Celebration is excited to welcome The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, now open in the Celebration Pointe shopping plaza at 1575 Future Way, D5. This marks the fifth Orlando-area location for the award-winning restaurant chain, which is known for its elevated fast-casual dining experience and modern twist on traditional Mediterranean cuisine.
Owned by local entrepreneur Kevin Carmean, the Celebration location offers a menu inspired by family recipes passed down through generations. Guests can indulge in fan-favorites like The Great Greek Gyro, Souvlaki plates with lamb, steak, and chicken, and customizable options such as the Classic Greek Salad or Rice Bowl with a choice of meats including gyro and salmon.
Carmean, who has owned the franchise since 2019, shared his excitement about expanding the brand to a bustling area known for attracting visitors from around the world. “We’ve built a loyal customer base by offering exceptional quality and service, and we look forward to bringing that same experience to Celebration,” he said.
In addition to delicious entrees, the restaurant serves sides like Feta Fries, fresh Greek salads, and house-made dips such as Hummus, Tzatziki, and Tirokafteri (spicy roasted red pepper). For dessert, Baklava and Rice Pudding offer a sweet ending to the meal.
The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill also offers a catering menu, perfect for parties, events, and meetings. Their Gyro Kits and Souvlaki Skewers make entertaining a breeze, while sides and desserts add a flavorful touch.
If you’re in the area, be sure to check out their popular Gyro Plate, which features marinated sliced meat served with pita bread, rice pilaf, and a choice of fries. Carmean’s favorite is the Lamb Gyro Plate, known for its tender and juicy meat, slow-roasted on a vertical rotisserie.
The Celebration location features a 2,350-square-foot restaurant with seating for 62 guests indoors and 16 on the patio. The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is open for dine-in, pick-up, delivery, and catering:
