Welcome to the Neighborhood!

While Celebration is well established, we continue to expand upon our five pillars of Community. We have numerous offerings with recreation and social events and continue to identify ways to enhance the quality of life for our residents of all ages.

Helping to guide our community – for you as a homeowner – is the Celebration Residential Owners Association (CROA). CROA is one of several leadership groups in Celebration with which you will become acquainted. CROA’s goal, as a homeowners association, is to protect and maintain property values by promoting an enjoyable, safe and community oriented neighborhood. Our Board of Directors, our committees, and our engaged residents – all volunteers – strive to maintain the first-class standards and services that appeal to all types of families.

We hope you will become engaged in Celebration – come to some of our many events, join an interest club or organization, volunteer for a committee, attend a meeting (or view it online), join the community patrol, or offer a suggestion or opinion.
