Important Message About Insurance Requirements
The supplemental declaration of all Townhome, Duplex and Triplex Service Areas require that there be insurance on the unit providing fire and extended coverage at full replacement cost, less a reasonable deductible. It also requires that CROA is named as an additional insured and that in the event the Owner fails to obtain such insurance or permits the insurance to lapse, the Association may, but shall not be obligated to, obtain such insurance on behalf of the Owner and assess the cost to the Owner as a Specific Assessment.
Please have your insurance agent mail, fax or e-mail your Certificate of Insurance naming CROA as an Additional Insured on the policy.
When naming Celebration Residential Owners Association as an additional insured, have your insurance company mail to 851 Celebration Avenue, Celebration, FL 34747 OR fax to 407-566-1210 OR e-mail to SACoordinator@CelebrationTownHall.com.
