Celebration Founders Day Media Submission Guidelines

Purpose
The 30th Anniversary of Celebration Founders Day presents a unique opportunity for past and present residents to participate in the event by becoming a part of it. Residents may submit a photo or video for consideration of potential inclusion in a media presentation. All photos and videos should reflect the spirit, people, places, and activities of Celebration. Submissions should help tell authentic, positive, and meaningful stories about the community. There is limited space and all submissions will be reviewed but inclusion is at the sole discretion of the organizer.
Submission Guidelines
A. Photo Format
• All image submissions MUST be submitted as a JPEG file or PNG file and submitted in a horizontal landscape layout.
• Dimensions should be 1920px X 1080px or equivalent aspect ratio of 16:9.
• Files should be no larger than 10MB in size.
B. Video Format
• All video submissions MUST be submitted as MOV files or MP4 files and submitted in a horizontal landscape layout.
• Dimensions should be 1920px X 1080px or equivalent aspect ratio of 16:9.
• Files should be no larger than 100MB in size.
• Video should be no longer than 15 seconds in length.
C. Deadline
• Submission Deadline: Friday, October 2, 2026 by 5PM.

Fairness & Appropriateness
• One submission per past/present resident. Submitting resident must be 18 years of age or older.
• Content must be respectful and suitable for all audiences.
• Submissions should not promote a business, an organization, a group, a cause, or an agenda.
• All visual and audio elements should be in the theme of Celebration only.
• Avoid:
– Offensive, discriminatory, profane, or hateful imagery or language
– Violent or graphic content
– Illegal activities
– Explicit or suggestive material
– Watermarks, logos, identifiable brands
Standards
• Submit only clear content in focus and with clean audio of high media quality.
• Do not upload copyrighted material (music, clips, or images).
• Avoid using music or audio unless you created it in entirety.
• Do not share sensitive or private information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.).
• Avoid filming in restricted or private areas without permission.
• Do not include people in the media without their permission.
Review & Use
• By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to authorize the use of the media.
• By submitting content, you grant full permission and a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to The Celebration Joint Committee, Inc., Celebration Residential Owners Association, Inc., Celebration Non-Residential Owners Association, Inc., and Celebration Community Services, Inc. to use, reproduce, distribute, display, broadcast, and adapt your media across all formats and media now known or later developed.
• All submissions will be reviewed. Please understand there is limited space and availability. Organizers reserve the right to exclude any submission for any reason without explanation.
