With a love for Mexican cuisine and its vibrant flavors, inspired by rich traditions, Chef Yude and Janet Diaz recently opened their second restaurant location in the newest village in Celebration, Island Village.
The Inspiration Behind Tacos Don Andres
After a trip to Ixtapa in 2022, Chef Yude and Janet Diaz were so culturally inspired by the authentic cuisine that they wanted to bring that same vibrant and authentic taste back home to Florida. After returning with a suitcase filled with recipes passed down from generation to generation, Chef Yude opened the first Tacos Don Andres in ChampionsGate, Florida. And with much success, the couple decided to open their second location right here in Celebration!
Furthermore, with its recent soft opening on April 2, 2025, Tacos Done Andres is open and ready for business!
