Master Plan Advisory Committee
The Celebration Master Plan Advisory Group dedicated eight months to gathering resident input and adopting a data-driven approach to ensure the Master Plan reflects the community’s true needs and aspirations. With the completion of the 2024 Celebration Strategic Plan, the MPAC was formed to help carry out the plan while ensuring it remains community-focused. This page will be updated with current projects and resources for the community.

2024 Celebration Strategic Plan
The 2024 Strategic Master Plan for Celebration, Florida builds on the community’s history and principles, focusing on resident participation, new amenities, and facility upgrades. Unlike previous plans developed by external consultants, this plan was crafted by the Celebration Master Plan Advisory Group, a diverse team of eight residents, ensuring it aligns with the community’s genuine needs and aspirations. Drawing from past studies and reports, the plan highlights unmet priorities, such as the long-standing demand for a Community Center, and provides a practical roadmap for future development.
The 2024 Strategic Plan consists of two main sections: the Resident Report Summary and the Appendix.
- Resident Report Summary includes an overview of the approach, survey results, recommendations for Phase 1 and Phase 2 projects, significant additional projects, funding details, and next steps.
- Appendix contains detailed project overviews and summaries, supported by extensive research, survey results, and past community presentations.
The plan is based on thorough analysis of hundreds of documents to identify key opportunities that benefit the community.
