Service Areas - Celebration, Florida

Service areas are specific to townhomes located within our community that have additional services or requirements such as roofing, exterior cleaning, painting, landscaping, irrigation (Operations, maintenance, replacement of any irrigation equipment: sprinklers, pumps, wells, water lines, and time clock, as regularly maintained by the Service Area outside gated areas) exterior caulking of windows or doors, shutters, and exterior termite pest control.

Important Message About Insurance Requirements
The supplemental declaration of all Townhome, Duplex, and Triplex Service Areas requires that there be insurance on the unit providing fire and extended coverage at full replacement cost, less a reasonable deductible. It also requires that CROA is named as an additional insured and that in the event the Owner fails to obtain such insurance or permits the insurance to lapse, the Association may, but shall not be obligated to, obtain such insurance on behalf of the Owner and assess the cost to the Owner as a Specific Assessment.
