The Executive Director and Community Manager oversee, supervise and manage all operational aspects of the community association.
The business office handles and manages the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable areas for the community. This department can also assist you with any questions regarding your assessments. Customer Solutions staff are here to provide customer support and offer solutions to residents, vendors and internal staff members. We provide general information regarding accounts, departments or town events/businesses.
The Community Standards department oversees the appearance of the residential properties, while also providing assistance with applications for exterior architectural changes to residents on a monthly basis. The departments inspectors can often be found throughout the community and are always willing to answer any questions you may have.
Information Technology provides support for the technology operations of Town Hall and all CROA amenities.
Our communications department produces the monthly Celebration News magazine, weekly resident e-blasts and marketing materials. The Lifestyle and Parks & Recreation departments are responsible for planning, promoting and executing a robust annual calendar of activities, classes, sports, health programs, group fitness, and special events. Whether its information about participating in a sports league, joining a civic group, renting a meeting room or facility or learning about our events calendar, we’ve got you covered.
Our operations department manages the daily operational aspects of the community association, including the management of contracted service providers. Our team is responsible for the upkeep of all community amenities.
