Community Maintenance
Maintenance responsibilities in the community primarily fall under the purview of the following three entities; CROA (Celebration Residential Owners Association), CCDD (Celebration Community Development District) and ECDD (Enterprise Community Development District).
CROA
Celebration Residential Owners Association, Inc., is a Florida community association which must function in accordance with its specific recorded governing documents, the provisions of Chapter 720, Florida Statutes, Homeowners’ Associations, and all other applicable county ordinances, state statutes and Federal laws and regulations.

ECDD
The Celebration community is comprised of two CDDs: Enterprise CDD and Celebration CDD. While Enterprise CDD is predominately commercial and mixed land uses with the water utility system.
CCDD
Celebration CDD is primarily residential with mixed commercial and other uses including shopping, dining, office, churches, and schools.
