2026 Updated DRAFT Design Guidelines

The Architectural Review Committee is responsible for creating, maintaining, and applying the Design Guidelines that protect the architectural integrity and property values of the community. As the community evolves, the Design Guidelines are periodically updated to remain current and relevant. As part of this process, a Joint Architectural Review Committee and Covenants Committee Task Force was established in late 2024 to ensure that all updates are clear, practical, and enforceable.

As we move forward, the CROA Board has approved an early release of the Draft Design Guideline updates for community review and feedback. The draft will be available for a 45-day review period, during which residents are encouraged to submit comments. All feedback will be reviewed by both the Architectural Review Committee and Covenants Committee before a final draft is prepared and presented to the CROA Board for review, approval, and publication.

Please remember these are DRAFT updates and will change prior to final review, approval, and publication by the Board

Comments must be received no later than Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 5:30 PM.
