At the recommendation of the ARC & Covenants Committee, a NEW design guideline was adopted by the CROA Board of Directors at their board meeting last night.

New Design Guideline: Doorbell Replacement with Video Doorbell

Effective: September 7, 2024

This new design guideline will simplify the process for residents, relieve some of the committee’s burden, and fast-track approvals of some items.

Anything that has already been approved by the ARC is not subject to any changes or restrictions that this guideline imposes. If it has already been approved, you wouldn’t need to apply again unless you wanted to make a change.

If a resident wanted to change their existing video doorbell that was approved, then a new application would be submitted and it would fall underneath these new guidelines.
