Amendment Summary
The proposed amendment involved increasing the Capital Contribution for new homeowners to support ongoing maintenance and improvements in Celebration. This change would require a one-time payment of either one year’s dues or 0.5% of the home’s sale price (whichever is greater) at the time of property transfer. The goal is to provide additional funding for capital improvements without raising annual dues for current residents.
