Osceola School District Achieves Historic High District Grade

The Osceola School District has earned its highest district grade to date.  On Monday, the Florida Department of Education released district and school grades, and while the Osceola School District remained a ‘B,’ the district was only two percentage points away from achieving an ‘A.’  Over the past two years, the district’s overall grade has increased by seven percentage points.

Here are some of the highlights from the 2024-2025 school year:

  • All district public high schools earned an ‘A’ or ‘B’
  • 23 schools earned an ‘A’ rating, with 16 of those being district public schools and seven being charter schools
  • 20 schools earned a ‘B’ rating, with 15 of those being public schools and five being charter schools
  • 23 schools increased at least one letter grade, with 15 of those being public schools and eight being charter schools
  • Poinciana High School increased from a ‘C’ to an ‘A’
  • The district’s overall grade increased from 59% of total points to 62% of total points. Over the last two years, the district’s overall grade increased from 55% of total points to 62%.

  • Tohopekaliga High School
  • Voyager K-8
