Comcast/Xfinity Cable and Internet via Smart City Equipment No Longer Available Beginning May 1

Beginning on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, Comcast/Xfinity cable and internet services will no longer be available via equipment leased from Smart City.

If you currently receive services from Comcast/Xfinity through this agreement, your service will be no longer available as of Wednesday. However, Smart City is prepared to assist residents with little to no interruption in service.

Affected residents are asked to contact the Smart City Customer Service/Install Hotline at 407-824-9277. In addition, it is suggested you call today or tomorrow to schedule an install and avoid the long wait times that are anticipated on Wednesday.

If you live in a condo association and are not sure if your service will be affected please contact your condo association manager.  If you live in a single family home and are not sure if your service will be affected please contact Comcast customer service at 1-888-963-8847.
