Founders Day Events 2023

Nov 2, 2023

Join us on Friday, November 10, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Great Lawn for the fan-favorite Foreigners Journey and accompanying laser light display. Foreigners Journey is one of the top tribute shows in the nation. Foreigners Journey authentically plays tribute to two of Rock & Roll’s most iconic acts. You’ll hear legendary songs such as ‘Feels Like the First Time,’ ‘Hot Blooded’, ‘I Want to Know What Love Is’, ‘Separate Ways’, ‘Anyway You Want It’, and ‘Don’t Stop Believing’.

Come hungry so you can taste some of Celebration’s finest dining, available for purchase at the event from Reggiano’s of Celebration. Executive Chef John, Pastry King turned Savory Chef, uses only top-tier ingredients to create astounding flavor combinations. If you still need to set a reservation before November 10, stop by for a delicious preview. Keep an eye on the Celebration Town Hall social media pages for more menu information. Limited seating is available on the Great Lawn, and residents are encouraged to bring their own seating.

This event is open to Celebration residents only. For more information, visit celebration.fl.us or contact the Town Hall Lifestyle Staff at 407-566-1200.

Once the party ends on Friday night, remember to join us as we honor our veterans at the Veteran’s Day Parade beginning on Saturday, November 11, at Lakeside Park at 10 a.m.

The parade will travel from Lakeside Park through the Town Center area, then will turn left onto Celebration Avenue and end at Founders Park.

At 11 a.m., in Founders Park, join us for a community salute to our Celebration veterans and all veterans across the great land. Learn about the sacrifices that the brave men and women of our Armed Forces gave us with the annual Veterans Ceremony and changing of the flag. Held with the Veterans Club of Celebration, this event is an excellent way to say ‘thank you’ to our Veterans. The town photo will take place promptly following the ceremony.

We look forward to celebrating Founders Day with you!
