The 2022 CROA elections are set, as seven candidates will vie for three seats on the seven-member board.

The seven candidates are: Bill Grindl, Jim Hays, Alina Khayrulina, Kenward Lawson, Matthew R Luttinger, Celia A McFadden, Charles Richards. The top two vote getters will each earn a three-year term, while the third highest tally will earn a one-year term. (Please note, despite appearing on the printed ballot, candidate Joanna Abinuman has withdrawn from consideration. Any vote cast for Ms. Abinuman will not be counted).

Additional information regarding the election, including profiles submitted by the candidates is available HERE.

A candidate forum was held on Monday, January 24. Residents can view a recording of that forum on the CROA Election Page on the website.

Celebration residential property owners will have the opportunity to submit their votes either online or via a paper ballot beginning on January 31. Online voting credentials will be emailed to owners with a valid email on file as part of their account. In addition, a letter with online voting credentials, as well as a ballot packet, will be mailed via USPS to each owner’s address of record.

For residents without online access who wish to cast their votes electronically, a tablet will be available at the reception area of Town Hall during normal business hours to cast your ballot. A ballot box is also available in the lobby of Town Hall for those who elect to vote via paper ballot.

Voting will end on Tuesday, March 1 at 5:30 p.m., at which time, ballot counting will commence.

Winners will be introduced at the CROA annual meeting on Wednesday, March 2.
