Dear Celebration Resident:

This is to notify you that Diana Vassallo has resigned her position on the Board of Directors of the Celebration Residential Owners Association, effective today. We are very thankful for her years of service to our community, and particularly for her leadership as President of the CROA Board this year. Brian Kensil has been elected as President, and David Anderson has been elected as Vice President. Per Article III of the bylaws, this vacant director seat will be filled during the next regularly scheduled CROA Board election, and will be effective in early March, 2022.
