1. Motion to approve the 2020 Service Area Budgets, as follows:
A. Parkview Townhome Service Area budget with gross revenues and expenditures
of $98,308, with a quarterly assessment of $1,090.26 (no increase)
B. Spring Lake Townhome Service Area budget with gross revenues and
expenditures of $151,857, with a monthly assessment of $230.33, an increase of
$6.60 or 2.9%
C. Spring Lake Gardens Service Area rollover of the 2019 budget with gross
revenues and expenditures of $157,597, with a monthly assessment of $88.14
(no increase)
2. Motion to approve the repair of the destructive testing by EmpireWorks for a unit in
North Village with recurring leaks, in conjunction with Delta Engineering, in the
amount of $2,875.00 – North Village Townhome Service Area Operating Expenditure
(to be advanced from CROA per the decision made at the June 26, 2019 Board meeting,
unless found to be an owner responsibility)
