This temporary appointment consists of residents in good standing, along with subject matter experts to best help provide guidance to the Board. This group will provide recommendations on performance metrics to be evaluated, highlight areas of concern with the existing agreement, research similar industry agreements, and review previous survey and evaluation information of the Management Agreement.
