TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bids for used Neighborhood Electric Vehicles (NEVs) will be accepted through 5:30 PM on July 15, 2026. Vehicles may be viewed onsite at Celebration Community Field Complex (CCFC) area at 319 Campus Street; however, test drives will not be permitted. All bids must be submitted through the designated online submission form. Questions regarding the vehicles or the bidding process should be directed to TownHall@ciramail.com.

All bids received by the deadline will be presented to the Board of Directors for review. Vehicle awards will be made at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors, which reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Association is under no obligation to accept the highest bid.

Successful bidders will be notified following Board review. In the event that an accepted bid does not result in a completed sale, the Board may, at its discretion, consider other submitted bids or reopen the bidding process. All vehicles are being sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties regarding condition, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the vehicles prior to submitting a bid.

Payment must be made by cashier’s check payable to Celebration Residential Owners Association, Inc. Full payment must be received and accepted by the Association prior to transfer of ownership.

As a condition of sale, the successful bidder may be required to execute documents deemed necessary by the Association, including but not limited to a Bill of Sale, Release of Liability, Waiver and Release Agreement, Transfer Agreement, or other ownership transfer documentation as required by the Association and its legal counsel. Failure to execute any required documents within the timeframe established by the Association may result in forfeiture of the award and the vehicle being offered to another bidder.

The purchaser shall be solely responsible for vehicle pickup, transportation, towing, registration, licensing, insurance, and any associated costs. Vehicles must be removed from their current location by the purchaser within the timeframe established by the Association following notification of award.

Ownership of the vehicle shall not transfer until all required documents have been executed and payment has been received and accepted by the Association.

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted.

By submitting a bid, the bidder acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
