Pool Rules for Gatherings:
- Private parties or rentals are not permitted on the pool decks.
- Guest Policy: One CROA ID allows up to four additional guests. The resident must remain with their guests while using CROA amenities.
- Be considerate of neighbors – keep noise at an appropriate level and avoid occupying all available pool deck space.
- Clean up all belongings and litter after using the amenity.
- Follow all posted amenity rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
- For safety reasons, do not prop open any gates, fences, or amenity doors.
